At Home Mantra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Certain items such as glassware are not eligible for return.

2. Initiating a Return:

• Provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Our team will guide you through the return procedure and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are covered by Home Mantra unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within10 days.

5. Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items such as Glassware are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

8. Final Sale Items:

• Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

9. International Returns:

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or taxes.
